My name is Jake Manthei, and people frequently ask what it is that we do here. We are a sales, marketing, and intellectual property company that manufactures business opportunities for concrete producers globally. So what that means specifically, we're not manufacturing concrete, we're manufacturing steel forms and polyurethane molds. We have a network that now reaches into Europe, Dubai, South Korea, United States, Canada. That's a pretty cool thing to say. I like that there's there's room for growth. It's a growing company. You can see the development of things and it's nice to be a part of that as it grows. The other thing I really appreciate about Aster Brands is the flexibility of being able to turn around designs right away. I can see a concept in the morning and physically see it in the afternoon. So it's very rapid prototyping and rapid concept design, which is not everywhere. Kind of cliche is a family around here. Engineering works great with ops. Ops works with them. One thing that we get asked all the time is, is there a certain pattern to the Grand Ledge? I would submit that particularly in this industry, there's a lot of room for us to be innovative and to and to grow the organization and to blaze our own path. Machines are fun. I like machines, but none of it matters unless you have really talented people that know what to do with that stuff. And so when I look at the bright future that we have, it's not because of the plant property and equipment. It's because we've been very fortunate to onboard incredibly bright people. And that is the thing that I think I'm the most proud about in our company is our team.
